Our care services

We offer home care services across Falkirk and Stirling. As a family company and an ethical organisation, we are proud to be a friendly, compassionate group of professionals who genuinely go the extra mile for our service users.

Children and Young Adults Service

We work in the family home and within day centres for children. Our childcare team often accompany children with varying needs on outings such as swimming, the cinema, horse riding or activities they enjoy.

Our team also assist young adults with learning difficulties on the journey to living independently – teaching skills such as cooking, cleaning and managing household bills. Our childcare team at Ailsa Care have gained a reputation for providing outstanding family friendly services.

Older People Service

We provide service at every level, from assisting clients to remain independent to carrying out tasks on their behalf. We work within their own home, sheltered accommodation or provide support for them at a day centre.

Welcome to Ailsa Care Services

Our care covers all needs, from complex and personal care to supporting the clients to do the little things in life that make a great impact.

Our services include personal care, domestic assistance, live-in care, overnight care, respite care, companionship, convalescence, and palliative care. With our extensive experience, we tailor our services to meet the individual needs of each service users. Our team assists with personal hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, and even social outings, like enjoying a coffee in town.

For service users, we consider you part of our family, working closely with you to ensure you remain at the heart of your care decisions. We are committed to valuing everyone’s unique needs and preferences, empowering you to stay in control of your care journey. We take pride in our commitment to excellence, aiming for our service users and their families to confidently recommend us.

Ailsa Care work with both private clients and those referred by the social work department, ILF & Direct Payments. We have found the respite we provide to families with a disabled child is invaluable, giving parents precious time to spend with brothers and sisters. We can provide from 1 hour to 24 hour care as you need it.
